Return/Exchange Policy

Online return policy

Unopened and unused merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

To proceed with a return, please contact Customer Care with your order number (provided in the order confirmation e-mail). If one of your products is damaged or defective, please inform us before proceeding with the return for the health and safety of our teams.

Upon receipt of an online return request, our Customer Care will provide you with a prepaid return postal label via email with instructions for returning the products. Please be advised that unrequested returns will not be accepted.

A refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned products via the method of original payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to present on a statement.

Please note, shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchange policy

Exchanges are taken on a case by case basis. If interested in proceeding with an exchange, please contact Customer Care with your order number/receipt and the reason for exchange.

Please confirm if the item has been opened for the health and safety of our teams.

Retail return policy

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange only. Merchandise must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by an original receipt.
